SHARMA ATTENDS SPECIAL TRAINING, BUILDS EXPERTISE IN LUXURY HOME MARKET

LUXURY HOME MARKET

February 11, 2016 — Ray Sharma with Re\Max Enterprises Realty Inc. Clarkson and Mineola recently completed a luxury home marketing training course offered by The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing held over the RE/MAX University (RU).

The course — which covered such topics as demographics of the affluent, lifestyle segmentation, trends and amenities in today’s luxury homes, and creating a marketing plan for the multimillion dollar property – was developed by Laurie Moore-Moore, Founder of the Dallas-based Institute and author of the book, Rich Buyer, Rich Seller! The Real Estate Agents’ Guide to Marketing Luxury Homes.

“The course is a step towards earning the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist® (CLHMS) designation which the Institute awards internationally to sales professionals who meet performance standards in the upper-tier residential market,” said Moore-Moore. Ray Sharma is an example of a sales associate who works to hone the special skills and competencies necessary to provide exceptional service in the fine homes and estates marketplace.”

Sharma is an award-winning RE/MAX sales professional who has been in real estate since for a number of years and specializes in the GTA market.  As a Chartered Professional Accountant, Ray looks at the things in a very analytical and Pragmatic way and help make his client aware of the financial aspect of every purchase or sale.
